About Our Coach

Recognized by the World Submission Wrestling Federation, Coach Val brings 39 years of Wisconsin pedigree Catch Wrestling, Amateur Wrestling (Freestyle/Folkstyle) Boxing and Muay Thai experience to the team. This experience includes city, state and regional championships in Folkstyle. Our coach earned the moniker “The Crippler” from the era of his challenge match days where he applied his devastating submission wrestling and pioneered the development of MMA in Wisconsin in the early 2000’s.
